Olympic Weightlifting
Snatch. Clean. Jerk. The three lifts that show up in half our workouts and still feel like a wrestling match for most people. Six weeks, one night a week, to clean up your technique and start moving heavier weight with a coach who has lived these lifts.
Built to fix the lifts, not just survive them
Slow down to speed up
You don't get better at the lifts by grinding through bad technique. You get better by drilling the positions. Week one is all technique, where most of the leaks are.
Real coaching, real eyes
We cap the group so every lifter gets hands-on coaching every session. No getting lost in a crowd.
Strength you can see
Sharpen the movement, then start adding weight. By week six you are testing numbers you could not hit when you walked in.
Finish strong
The course ends with a Max Out night. You put it all together, hit for a number, and leave knowing exactly how far you came.
Coached by Danny Lehr
This is the stuff I actually know, and I love teaching it. I competed in Olympic weightlifting at a national level for years and won the Masters World Cup in 2019. Six weeks of coaching from experience, not theory.

Here is how it builds
Technique and positions
Start where the leaks are. Dial in the positions that make or break every lift.
Skill work and strength building
Sharpen your technique and start moving heavier weight.
Max Out night
Test what you built. Hit for a number and see how far you came.

Before you sign up
Do I need to be experienced to join?
No. The course is built to meet you where you are. Week one is all about positions and technique, so beginners get a real foundation and experienced lifters clean up the habits holding them back.
I already do CrossFit here. Is this worth it?
Yes, especially. If the snatch or clean and jerk slows you down in class, this is the focused work that fixes it. You train the lifts on their own, with coaching the whole time.
What is the difference between the member and non-member rate?
Members pay $79. Non-members pay $119 and do not need a gym membership to join. Just pick the button that matches you.
What do I need to bring?
Just yourself. We have the bars, bumpers, and platforms. If you have your own lifting shoes or belt, bring them.
What if I miss a week?
Life happens. Come to as many of the six as you can. The sessions build on each other, so earlier is better, but you will still get value jumping in.
How do I register?
Pick your button above, member or non-member, and it takes you straight to sign-up. Once we hit 22, that is it until the next round.
Ask before you sign up
Not sure whether you are ready, or which rate applies to you? Send it over and you will get a straight answer back, usually the same day.
