You are losing weight. Let us make sure you are losing the right kind.
For people dropping weight on a GLP-1 who want to lose fat, not muscle. We keep your muscle while the medication does its job, and we prove it with a before and after body scan.
GLP-1 meds like Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound, and Mounjaro control your appetite and drop the weight. They do nothing to protect your muscle. That part is on you.
The medication drops the weight. It does nothing to protect your muscle. That is exactly the gap this program fills.
The scale is dropping. But what is it made of?
of the weight people lose on a GLP-1 can come from lean mass, muscle and bone, not fat. Most people never find out until it is too late.
A slower metabolism
Less muscle means a slower metabolism, which makes the weight easier to regain later.
Weaker and softer
You end up weaker, and it can show up as loose or saggy skin even as the scale goes down.
A faster rebound
When you come off the medication, less muscle means the weight comes back faster.
We coach the exercise and nutrition side. We are not medical providers, and we keep your prescriber in the loop.
But I heard the newer drugs protect muscle?
You may have heard that newer medications like retatrutide protect your muscle. The published body composition data does not back that up. Retatrutide loses fat and lean mass in about the same ratio as the others, with roughly a quarter of the weight lost coming from lean mass, which is muscle and bone. No medication has been shown to protect your muscle the way structured strength training does. The medication drops the weight. Training keeps the muscle.
The promise: lose fat, keep your muscle, and have the scan to prove it. You walk out stronger, not just smaller.
Your 8-week Muscle Protection Program
Everything built to do one job: keep your muscle while the medication does its.
- Two Fit3D body composition scans. A baseline on day one and a retest at the end, so you see exactly what changed. This is the proof.
- Four private one-on-one coaching sessions. Our On-Ramp. You learn to lift safely and correctly, at your pace, one-on-one with a coach.
- Eight weeks of unlimited classes. Fully coached strength and conditioning, scaled to you.
- Protein and nutrition guidance. The single biggest lever for keeping muscle on a GLP-1, since the medication suppresses appetite and most people badly under-eat protein.
- Coaching and accountability the whole way through.
We do not guess. We scan.
This is what sets it apart from just joining a gym. We scan you on day one and again at the end. You will see in black and white that you lost fat and kept your muscle. That scan is the proof you protected the results you are already paying for.
What the research actually shows
On a GLP-1 alone, a big share of the weight you lose is not fat. In the STEP-1 trial on semaglutide, about 40% of the weight lost was lean mass, which is muscle and bone, roughly 6.9 of every 15.3 kg. Tirzepatide looked better in the SURMOUNT-1 trial at about 25%. So depending on the medication, somewhere between a quarter and nearly half of your weight loss can come from muscle and bone instead of fat.
The good news: that loss is largely preventable. Decades of research on strength training during weight loss show that structured, supervised strength training, paired with enough protein, preserves nearly all of your lean mass. Get into the right training and hit roughly 1.2 to 1.6 grams of protein per kilogram of bodyweight per day, and muscle loss can drop close to zero.
That is the entire job of this program. Keep the muscle the medication will not, and prove it on a scan.

What people ask
I am already losing weight, so why do I need this?
Exactly why now is the moment. You cannot get muscle back nearly as easily as you can protect it while you still have it. Think of this as insurance on the results you are already paying for.
Is it safe to work out on the medication?
Yes, and it is what more and more doctors are recommending. We start you one-on-one, at your pace, and we keep your prescriber in the loop. Nothing here is max effort on day one.
I am not fit enough, and honestly I would be embarrassed.
That is exactly who the private sessions are for. You do not walk into a class on day one. You start one-on-one with a coach until you are confident. Everyone here started somewhere.
Is $399 really worth it?
Think about what you are spending on the medication to lose the weight. This is the part that makes sure that money actually pays off long term instead of coming back. It is the cheapest piece of your plan, and it protects the rest.
How soon can I start?
Whenever you sign up. There is no waiting for a group to fill. We book your baseline scan and first private session and get to work.
Do you prescribe the medication?
No. We coach the exercise and nutrition side and keep your prescriber in the loop. If you need a referral, we can connect you with a trusted partner.
