Here is the weekly rhythm at Excel, 8 classes a day Monday through Friday plus weekends. For live times and to reserve your spot, jump into our booking calendar.

Monday through Friday sessions are coached CrossFit classes. Saturday is open gym from 9:00 to 10:30am. Sunday has 8:30am Yoga and a 10:00am class, and on the last Sunday of each month the 10:00am is a Yoga and CrossFit combo class. Indoor Bootcamp runs at 7:00pm during our 6-week challenge blocks. CrossFit Silver and other specialty times are on the live calendar. This grid stays current with a weekly auto-check against ZenPlanner.
