What parents want to know
What ages is this for?
CrossFit Kids is built for ages 5 to 12. Workouts and coaching are scaled by age and ability so every child is challenged and safe. Younger kids focus on movement through play, older kids start building real strength and skills.
Is it safe?
Yes. Classes are coach-led with a focus on learning to move correctly first. Safety and fun always come before intensity. Our coaches are experienced with kids and keep a close eye on every child.
Does my child need to be athletic or have experience?
Not at all. We meet every kid exactly where they are. Some come in as competitive young athletes, others have never set foot in a gym. The goal is confidence, movement, and a love of being active.
What is the difference between the members rate and standard rate?
Current Excel members get a discounted special rate on each session. The standard rate is for families who are not yet members. Both register at the same links above, just choose the one that fits you.
What does my child need to bring?
Comfortable clothes they can move in, training shoes, and a water bottle. We provide everything else.
What will they actually do?
Each class blends games, bodyweight movement, age-appropriate strength, and teamwork challenges. Kids run, jump, climb, lift light weights with coaching, and most of all, have fun while building healthy habits.
