Questions beginners ask

I am really out of shape. Is that ok?

Completely. Most people start exactly where you are. We scale every workout to your level and build you up safely. That is what coaching is for.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Just comfortable clothes, athletic shoes, and a water bottle. We will handle the rest.

Do I have to do CrossFit?

No. We have several programs, including a beginner-friendly bootcamp and a 21-day challenge. We will help you pick the right fit.

How long until I see results?
