Taking Control
of Your Health.
The Excel Community Health Hub, in partnership with CrossFit Medical Society.
Advanced bloodwork. Physician consults. Real coaching. Built for people who want to stop guessing and start knowing.
The current healthcare system is built for sick care.
Reactive
Your doctor waits until something is wrong. By then it has often been building for years.
Minimal data
A standard physical gives you just enough to rule out disease. Not enough to optimize anything.
No action plan
Even when something shows up, nobody connects it to what you actually do every day.
Real people. Real results they could feel.
Normal range doesn’t necessarily mean optimal.
I’ve had daytime fatigue for a decade. I’d never once had a Vitamin D test. Clinically deficient. What a simple thing to fix.
I would have just kept powering through until something broke.
There is a peace that can be found in knowing.
Dr. Tom McCoy
Dr. McCoy reviews your results in context. Not just whether you’re in range, but what your numbers mean for your specific life, your training, your sleep, and your goals. This is the conversation most people never get from a standard physical.
How it works.
Measure
Advanced labs ordered and processed through LabCorp.
Understand
A physician consult with Dr. McCoy to review your results in context.
Apply
Coaching and lifestyle guidance tied directly to your results.
Track
Retest. See the improvement. Adjust and keep going.

Built with CrossFit Medical Society to track the markers that actually predict long-term health, and processed through LabCorp. Lab work is included in your program, with no separate lab bills or chasing requisitions. Which panel you receive depends on your tier.
Data is easy. Knowing what to do with it isn’t.
- Foundations Panel$500–700
- Elite Panel$800–1.2K
- Physician consult$300–500
- VO₂ max test$150–300
- Body composition$75–150
And you’d still be doing it alone.
Everything bundled, concierged, and read by people who know you.
- Optimal ranges, not population averages. Most reports compare you to a sick population. Ours read against what’s optimal for longevity and performance.
- A physician who knows your training. Dr. McCoy reviews your results in context, then coaching ties them to what you do every day.
- One price, no surprises. Labs, consults, and testing are bundled through CrossFit Medical Society and included in your monthly.
Pick the level that fits.

Before you apply.
Is this a replacement for my doctor?
No. This works alongside your primary care, it doesn’t replace it. Think of it as the proactive, optimization-focused layer most physicals never get to. If something needs medical attention, Dr. McCoy will point you in the right direction.
What makes the bloodwork different from my annual physical?
A standard panel is built to catch disease. Ours is built to catch drift, years earlier, with advanced markers most physicals never order, then read against optimal ranges instead of just “normal.”
Do I have to be a CrossFit or gym member?
No. The Community Health Hub is open to the wider Excel community, members and non-members alike.
Why a 12-month commitment?
Because a single snapshot doesn’t tell you much. Retesting over a year is what shows whether what you’re doing is actually working, and lets us adjust.
How much of my time does it take?
A quick lab draw, a physician consult, and a couple of coaching reviews across the year. We concierge the logistics so you don’t have to chase anything.
What about cost and insurance?
This isn’t insurance-based, and it doesn’t need to be. Because we bundle labs through CrossFit Medical Society, the same work that runs $1,200+ retail is included in every tier, at a fraction of the cost. Excel Health & Fitness also accepts FSA and HSA accounts.
