Most rehab stops when the pain does, and leaves you short of the thing you actually wanted to get back to. California Rehab builds the bridge between therapy and real performance, and being inside a working gym is what makes that possible.
Their therapists have a full training floor on hand: barbells, rigs, conditioning equipment, space to move. So the plan does not end at range of motion. It ends with you back under a bar, back on the field, or back to a full day of work without paying for it that night.
