Your department
Your department's score is the total days your people log, divided by how many people work there. Highest average wins. That means a 12-person crew can absolutely take it from a 90-person one, and getting your coworkers signed up is the fastest way to move your number.
The winning department takes the Manteca Moves trophy and keeps it in their building for the year.
