One month. Your pace.
Complete 1,776 burpees between July 1 and July 31. That is about 57 a day, but you set the pace. Bank ahead, break them up, do them in a hotel room or your driveway. No equipment, no excuses. Any burpee variation counts: full, step-back, knee, scaled. Everybody plays.

Each day, just log that day's burpees in the CrossFit Excel, Workout of the Day track. We total everyone up and post the leaderboard on Instagram.

Get in to win.
Five winners over five days. Starting August 5 we pull one winner a day, and they pick any prize they want from the board. Get pulled early and the whole board is yours to choose from.
Post. Recruit.
Stack your entries.
- Post a pic or video of your burpees and tag @excelhealth.fit. That is 1 point.
- Post showing someone doing that day's burpees with you, tagged. That is 2 points.
- Max 2 points per day. The recruit post replaces the solo point, it does not stack.
- Every 5 bonus points = 1 more entry to win. No cap. The more you post and recruit, the more tickets in the hopper.
The fine print, kept short.
- Reps must be logged in SugarWOD by midnight July 31.
- Bonus point posts must tag @excelhealth.fit to count.
- Members only for prizes. Bring friends and family to do reps with you, that still earns you the recruit points.
- 1,000 burpees earns the FitAID. 1,776 earns your first entry to win.
- One winner is pulled each day starting August 5. They pick their prize, then on to the next, until all five are claimed.
