Each class is coached by an experienced, knowledgeable coach. The role of the coach is to make sure that everyone in class is doing what is appropriate for their current fitness level, in order to lead them toward their goals.

Excel Nutrition is a program that takes you from where you are, to where you want to be. You will meet with a coach to cover all aspects of nutrition to find the perfect fit for you and your lifestyle. You receive a informational binder that includes 6 chapters, and a pages for tracking your progress.

crossfit kids and crossfit teens
Our Crossfit Teens program takes training to the next level. Our program is designed to be universally scale-able for the young adult, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience or athletic level. Our specialty is not specializing. Healthy living requires that our developing young athletes push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, jump, effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play organized athletics.
Teens and kids will learn plyometrics, gymnastics, weight lifting basics, running, rowing, and stretching., including strength, cardiovascular conditioning, agility, coordination, and balance. Weight training consists of barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, medicine ball work with the emphasis on safety and proper technique. There will be a strong emphasis on teamwork, communication and leadership skills.
Olympic style weightlifting
Excel Barbell Club is a sanctioned USAW club with multiple Level 1 Sports Performance Coaches. We offer weightlifting specific classes, and offer the training equipment needed to go to the next level in the sport. Although competing is not required, it is an option.
We know that some people love to compete! CrossFit is a great outlet for those who have the itch to throw down. Athlete hours are available, along with special programming geared towards competition.
We offer child care for 8:30 and 9:30 am classes. Child care passes can be purchased in 4 packs, and the child must be signed up 12 hours prior to the use of a pass.
